  • If a client is dissatisfied with their images, we may offer a reshoot.
  • Defective physical products (e.g., misprinted albums) will be reprinted at no charge.
  • However, if a client has already approved image selections, edits, designs, or product proofs, and no defects are present, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
  • We also retain the right to deny post-production changes to physical attributes (e.g., hair color, visible roots, nail polish, or makeup) that were not raised at the time of service.

Services from third-party makeup artists or hairstylists are final unless dissatisfaction is expressed at the time of service.

4. Pricing and Service Modifications

We reserve the right to change our prices, availability, services, and offerings without prior notice. Pricing displayed on the website may be updated periodically.
